AstroEmoto – Returns & Refund Policy

At AstroEMoto, we stand behind the products we sell and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review this return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


General Returns

  • Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • To initiate a return, you must contact us at astroemoto@gmail.com before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Apparel & Clothing (Printful Fulfilled Items)

All apparel items are made-to-order and fulfilled by a third-party provider.

Because of this:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

If your apparel item arrives defective or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can assist you.


Non-Apparel Products

Some products sold on AstroEMoto are sourced and fulfilled after your order is placed.

For these items:

  • Returns may be accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or significantly not as described.

  • Items must be returned in unused condition.

  • Approved returns will be sent to our fulfillment location. Return instructions will be provided after approval.


Refunds

  • Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


  • Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • To request an exchange, contact us at astroemoto@gmail.com with your order details and photos (if applicable).


  • Final Sale Items
  • Clearance items, digital products, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.


  • Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.

    • If a return is due to our error, we will provide return instructions and cover return shipping.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
