At AstroEMoto, we stand behind the products we sell and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review this return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
General Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at astroemoto@gmail.com before sending any item back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Apparel & Clothing (Printful Fulfilled Items)
All apparel items are made-to-order and fulfilled by a third-party provider.
Because of this:

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind

Normal wear and tear
If your apparel item arrives defective or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can assist you.
Non-Apparel Products
Some products sold on AstroEMoto are sourced and fulfilled after your order is placed.
For these items:

Returns may be accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or significantly not as described.

Items must be returned in unused condition.

Approved returns will be sent to our fulfillment location. Return instructions will be provided after approval.
Refunds
- Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
