Apparel & clothing are made-to-order and fulfilled by our apparel fulfillment partner (Printful).

Non-apparel products are sourced after your order is placed and shipped to our fulfillment location for repackaging and delivery.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at astroemoto@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll help resolve it.
